Vendors / Dealers

Tables are available on a first-come basis. Vendors can choose tables measuring either 6 feet x 2 feet or 8 feet x 2 feet. They cost:

• $98 per 6 feet x 2 feet table, or $110 per 8 feet x 2 feet table — for Thursday evening + Friday & Saturday all day/evening
• $65 per 6 feet x 2 feet table or $74 per 8 feet x 2 feet table for Friday all day & evening only
• $39 per 6 feet x 2 feet table or $46 per 8 feet x 2 feet table for Saturday all day & evening only

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your table(s). (On Friday, September 30th, the cost will rise to $110 per 6 feet x 2 feet table or $128 per 8 feet x 2 feet table for Thursday evening + Friday & Saturday all day / evening.)

Dealers may set up on Thursday evening at 7:30 p.m. or later.

Payment Options:

Advance payments can be made via check, money order or PayPal. Cash and checks will be accepted at The Bash itself for final payments. Contact: njjazzbash@gmail.com for more details.
If The Bash is canceled due to COVID 19, you will receive a complete refund.
